Manish’s multi-decade career as a technology investor, operator, and banker, includes experience at Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns’ Technology investment banking groups and C-level executive at Nasdaq listed Stratos Tech (STLW, sold to Emerson Electric) an optical networking company.

Founder of a private capital investment business, Manish invests across the capital stack in equity, debt, REO, and value-add/turnaround investments. As a banker, he was a pre-IPO advisor to Google (GOOG), aQuantive (sold to MSFT), Silicon Labs (SLAB), and Mastercard (MA) and advised XM-Satellite (XMSR), Palm Computing (PALM), and numerous other high growth companies post-IPO. Leading early-stage investments at The London Fund, notable deals include BioAesthetics (innovator in woman's health), Celect (sold to Nike), Chartable (sold to Spotify), Cvent (IPO, sold to Vista Equity), Edcast (SoftBank, Stanford are co-investors), Examsoft (sold to Spectrum Equity), Good&Co (sold to Axel Springer, a public company in Germany), solo sciences (sold to Akerna, Nasdaq: KERN), ThirdLove (female CEO and founder, last round led by L Catterton, the PE arm of LVMH), Underdog Fantasy sports (Marc Cuban, leading investor), and Everyrealm (gateway to the Web3 Metaverse).

Manish has served on or currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Yale’s Jackson School of Global Affairs, Harvard’s Real Estate Alumni Board and the boards of public and private technology companies, including companies supported by Andreessen Horowitz and other leading investors. Manish graduated with honors from Yale University and Harvard University Law School. He has been an active supporter of Council for Economic Education/Invest in Girls and its efforts to foster financial literacy.
